1. First and Foremost...WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR EAGLE HEY!!!!!!!!!!
2. Thanksgiving was decent. We went to my extended family's gathering which happened to be at my parents house. My family is kinda stressed due to my cousin Ashley's wedding this upcoming weekend so it wasn't the most restful Thanksgiving. And I received tons of crap about being the lone Auburn fan in my family...as usual.
3. Went with my mom yesterday to the stores. We did not get up at the break of dawn but we were out by 8am. I didn't really find anything that was a hot deal, but really I wasn't looking. But Wes' mom did score Wes and his dad a Garmin GPS for 189 dollars...so I am excited about that!
4. I am getting my hair cut by Zach's girlfriend on Tuesday. I am getting bangs cut back...haven't had those since high school...but I need a change.
5. Wes has to work today at 3 so I'll be watching the Iron Bowl with my parents. Yeah I am watching the Iron bowl with 2 Bama fans...but my dad is fun to watch football with and even though he roots for the opposite team he stuck up for me on Thursday to my cousins telling them I could talk football all around them...and it's true..I'd talk circles around them. LOL they don't know who they'd mess with :)
6. This is random but Atlanta Bread Company has the most amazing 9 grain bread! Me and mom went there for lunch yesterday and I had a turkey on 9 grain bread and my mouth had an orgasm! Oh my sooooo good!
Hope ya'll all had a fabulous Thanksgiving! I'm going to enjoy the rest of my day and weekend. Christmas decorations are going up tomorrow afternoon after church...whoo hoo! I love this time of year!

Twilight
Have you read and seen it yet? I have. Let's just say it made me feel like a giddy teenager again! Loved it. Now I am fixing to start reading the second book in the series New Moon. Anyway if you haven't read it, I recommend it. It was a quick and easy read. Also, and this is my opinion, the book is better. But I am hoping that this movie series is like the Harry Potter series. The first one was just eh..but as the actors got better and the budget got bigger the movies got awesome. I'm kinda thinking that this might be the case with Twilight. Oh and the guy who plays Edward played Cedric Diggory in HP4. So if you are looking for a good read and a decent movie...go for it.

10 on Tuesday
1. I'm frustrated with Susan right now. There is a Christmas issue going on. Long story short, we used to have Christmas on Christmas Eve at my moms. Then the past two years we have done it at Chris and Susan's. Well my mom wants to go back to having it at her house because she wants Macy to know what Christmas at Nana's is like. Macy gets to have Christmas Day at her other grandparents house, so I don't think my mom is asking too much. I personally want to go back to having it at my parents house as well because it just seems more like Christmas. So I wrote this email to Susan...I'm hoping that I got the point across without sounding too mean. What do ya'll think?
Susan,
Hey. I talked to mom tonight and she told me she had emailed you about Christmas.
She told me that she wanted to go back to having Christmas at their house, but that you told her ya'll like to be at home on Christmas Eve. Is there some reason for that? I thought ya'll did Santa with Macy on Christmas morning?
Really to be honest with you I would rather go back to having it at my parents house. It is really important to my mom, she wants Macy to remember Christmas at Nana's house, and when mine and Wes's little ones come along I want them to know that too. Macy gets to see what Christmas is like at your parents house and so I don't think my mom is asking too much to get to have Christmas at their house on Christmas Eve. She said that you had said that we could do lunch but what I am afraid of is that we'd do that and then we wouldn't have a lot of time together because ya'll would want to get back home.
I understand ya'll have a lot going on that time of the year, but really my mom doesn't ask a lot from ya'll so I am asking you to let her have Christmas Eve back at her house. It would mean a lot to her.
Thanks,
Candi
2. I've been pretty down and out lately. I'm hoping that the holiday's will cheer me up.
3. I'm taking my mother in law out to eat for her birthday on Friday.
4. I have an opportunity for a job at the Huntsville Montessori school teaching pre-k...I'm going in to do some observations and if they like me and I like it I get to start in January.
5. I'm hoping only one more week of outage for Wes.
6. I'll be glad when my cousin's wedding is over with. Only 2 and a half more weeks.
7. I haven't started my Christmas shopping yet. I don't even know what to get anyone.
8. Me and Wes are going to Nashville the weekend after his birthday to see the lights and stuff at Opryland Hotel and to go shopping at Opry Mills. I also think we are going to go eat at the Melting Pot while up there. I'm just ready to go. I haven't seen Wes for more than 2 hours a day since he has been on this outage. It sucks.
9. I want a different hairstyle. But I don't know what. I'm thinking I might get bangs again.
10. Gas is $1.92 at the Chevron near my house!! I don't think we have seen gas below $2.00 since before 9/11. I was actually able to fill my Accord up for less than $40...that's a first since we have had it...with the old gas prices it was at least $60!
Happy Tuesday all!

My Tigers are still AUsome!
Things have been rough at our house this football season. The time of year that I love so much and look so forward to has not been great this year. My poor Tigers have had a tough season with lots of struggles. It's been disappointing enough to have to watch them lose, but add injury to insult on my part my whole family are Bama fans and they love giving me a hard time! They do every year but it's been sooooo much worse this year because of the obvious. So for the first time ever in my life I will say I'll be glad when football season is over.
I wish them mucho luck against Georgia tomorrow, and then yippee for a week off so they can have their mindset right against the bammers :) (sorry Lauren and Katy :) ) Even though the odds are against them on both these games I think you have to take a few things in account.
1. They have beaten Bama the last 6 years, so they have the momentum to keep it going.
2. Bama has never won against Auburn in Bryant Denney stadium, and Auburn would like to keep it that way.
3. The fact that Bama is number one gives the Tigers a little oomph of thinking how nice it would be to knock of the number one team. Because face it Bama is going to beat Miss State this week, which leaves them #1, and then they have a bye week just like Auburn next week.
When it comes to the Iron Bowl you can't even begin to consider the teams overall season. It's a totally different ballgame. A true instate rivalry. My team may be the underdog this year, but in my book they are still AUsome! War Eagle!

Sunday Seven okay maybe Six
1. Lauren's baby shower yesterday was fabulous! It was so great seeing her and Colleen and Katy. (Monica I wish you had been feeling well enough to come but I'm glad that you are getting your rest!) I took a couple of pics but I am only going to post one. You can kinda see Lauren's baby belly...but not completely with the way she is turned. But trust me she has a cute little bump :)
Oh and Lauren I'll be emailing you the others I took.
2. This is a little plate that my husband...not me...made back in July at Macy's b'day party. Susan finally got it to me yesterday.
Now I got to figure out a place to display it.
3. My cousin Ashley's wedding day is sneaking up on me and I totally forgot until yesterday that I need my dressed altered! Eeek! I hope that a little under 4 weeks isn't too late. I'll be calling places first thing in the morning.
4. I am hosting Ashley's Naughty and Nice shower this upcoming weekend. Wish me luck!
5. I'll be glad when Wes' outage is over. This one has really thrown our schedule off because he doesn't have a single day off! I accidentally overslept this morning so we missed church. I'm just ready to have my normal day to day schedule back.
6. If any of you watch Ghost Adventures on the Travel Channel they have a new episode out Friday on Sloss Furnace down in B'ham. That show is definitely interesting.

Ta-Da!
My cousins lingerie invitations that I made! Yeah they aren't super fancy but they go well with my black and pink theme and I'm proud of them because I made them with my own two hands lol!
And then a couple of pics from Gatlinburg.
Me and my momma
There were some HUGE pumpkins!
This was a partial view from our cabin. There was still a lot of green but there were some really pretty reds, yellows, and oranges too! We had a great time!
